Order & Availability

Can I change the items in my order?

At this time, we’re unable to make changes to the products in your order after purchase. Please be sure to select the correct items before completing checkout.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

No problem! If your shipping address changes before your order ships, please email us at hello@livpaperco.com, with your order number and updated address. We’ll be happy to update it for you.

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and prepared. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on the way.

Can I cancel or refund my order?

All sales are final. Because our products are made in limited quantities and prepared quickly for shipping, we’re unable to accept cancellations or refunds once your order is placed. Please double-check your cart before checking out.

Does the journal include stickers?

Yes! Every Reading Journal includes 3 sheets of custom stickers tucked inside the back pocket. If you’d like more ways to decorate, our Sticker Book is available separately and includes 22 pages with over 1,200 stickers designed to pair perfectly with your journal.

Is the Reading Journal customizable?

No, the layouts are pre-designed to help you plan, track, and reflect on your reading throughout the year. However, with the Sticker Book and extra note pages, you’ll have plenty of room to add your own creative touch.

What's the size of the boxes in the reading Journal for book covers?

The mini book cover boxes are 1.375" x 2". The standard 1" x 1.5" covers fit nicely in the boxes with a cute little framed look.

How many book reviews does the Reading Journal have?

The Undated Reading Journal has a total of 150 review pages. There are 80 quick review layouts and 70 detailed review pages.

Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

We hope to expand to international shipping in the future, but at this time, we only ship within the U.S.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@livpaperco.com, within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement.
